Founded in 2009, Granvolt designs and builds forklifts and forklift attachments only — electric counterbalance, warehouse handling, diesel counterbalance, rough-terrain, and attachments.
Granvolt Forklift Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 in Qingdao, Shandong. From the start, the company has built one category of equipment and nothing else: forklifts. That focus shapes how we engineer, test, and support every unit — from 1.5 t electric pallet trucks to 5.0 t diesel counterbalance machines.
Our product range covers five lines: EP Series lithium electric counterbalance forklifts, ST Series warehouse handling equipment, DF Series diesel counterbalance forklifts, RT Series rough-terrain 4WD forklifts, and AT Series hydraulic attachments. All models carry CE conformity, and the plant operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Today, Granvolt forklifts have been exported to 60+ countries, with an average response within 12 hours and 41% repeat order rate.

TÜV Rheinland Certified Lithium Battery System
TÜV Rheinland certified lithium battery system on EP Series electric forklifts (EP18/EP25/EP30), with the flagship EP30 certified including its 80 V LiFePO4, 206 Ah battery system.
TÜV Rheinland certification applies to the lithium battery systems of the EP Series only. DF, RT, ST and AT Series models are CE-certified; they are not TÜV-certified.

How a Granvolt Forklift Gets Cleared for Shipment
Four mandatory gates under the ISO 9001:2015 system — no unit skips a gate.
1. Incoming material inspection
Steel, machined parts, hydraulic components and lithium cells are inspected on arrival before entering the production line.
2. In-process checks at welding, machining and painting
Frame welding, machining and painting lines run documented in-process checks — key processes are in-house, so defects are caught at the station where they occur.
3. Battery pack assembly verification
In-house lithium pack assembly for the EP Series includes per-pack verification before a pack is installed in a chassis.
4. 100% full-load test before shipment
Every unit is 100% load-tested before shipment — tested at rated load, not sampled. Test records are retained under the ISO 9001:2015 system.
