The RFQ form collects the fields you submit: contact name, company, email, buyer type, machine requirements (product line, capacity, mast type, power type, tires, environment), quantity, trade terms, destination port, delivery window and message text.
To respond to your inquiry, match it to the right product line, and follow up on quotation and order status. We do not sell or rent inquiry data to third parties.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to support an active sourcing conversation. Request deletion anytime via mark@fulveraglobal.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Form submissions are processed by our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare) solely to deliver and store your inquiry.
